At present, we can only ship to the United States. Kindly notice that all of our products are tax-inclusive for all 49 states, you will not be charged with extra tax when purchasing at our online store in the United States.

Order Processing Time
- It is the time elapsed between when the customer places the order and when the seller hands the order over to the delivery service.
- Generally, orders are shipped within 3 working days of order confirmation/payment. Orders made on the weekends might experience delay.
- Our warehouse only operates on Monday – Friday during standard business hours, except on holidays. In these instances, we take steps to ensure shipment delays will be kept to a minimum.
Shipping Fee
Each order including a vehicle will be charged a shipping fee of US$200; if accessories are purchased separately, a shipping fee of US$4.9-19.9 will be charged depending on the actual situation.
Transportation method
Packages containing vehicles are shipped via FedEx and UPS, and small packages such as accessories will be shipped via DHL and USPS.

- You will receive an email when your order has been shipped. A tracking number will be provided. Please note: This may take longer during events or holidays.
- Tracking information may take 48 to 72 hours to update.
- If you cannot track your package normally, please contact us and we will resolve this issue within 48 hours.
Delivery Time Exceeded
Shipping may be subject to delays due to carrier delays, adverse weather conditions, supply constraints, high shipment volumes, or labor shortages. If your order is delayed, please contact us via email support@teswaybike.com and we will verify the situation with the shipping company in time. Thank you for your understanding and support.

After shipping
Please note! We cannot modify, block or cancel orders that have already been shipped.
If you refuse delivery and the order is returned to our facility, we will treat it as a return.
In this case, we will refund the purchase price to your original payment method and deduct US$200 to cover shipping costs, so please confirm the shipping address before placing an order.
About Tax
In seldom cases, orders may be charged the customs fees by your government, not our site, you will be responsible for the charges. We apologize for any inconvenience, but we have no control over the customs authorities in your country or any other.
