I don't write reviews much... but this company deserves a 5 star review. Their customer service is top notch. They actually care to help you if you have any issue or concerns. They setup was moderately easy to set up... you just have to take your time make sure everything is tight. But I'm impressed because this is my first ebike. I will definitely buy again from this company.

This bike is incredible. the Electric works well. and even without the battery on, the bike is really fast for a mountain bike. highly recommend.
